We would like to inform you about a planned maintenance window affecting card-management functionality on Sunday, 21 June 2026, from 01:00 to 03:00 BST.

This corresponds to:

- 02:00 to 04:00 CEST
- 20:00 to 22:00 EDT on Saturday, 20 June
- 17:00 to 19:00 PDT on Saturday, 20 June

During this maintenance window, customers may experience temporary disruption when performing card issuance and certain card-management actions across Pliant channels, including the Pliant platform and API-based integrations.

Examples of affected actions may include:

- Card issuance
- Card replacement
- Card termination
- Card lock / unlock
- Card limit or card-setting updates

We recommend avoiding time-sensitive card-management operations during this period where possible.

We will publish updates via the Pliant Admin Dashboard and Statuspage during the maintenance window and confirm once the maintenance has been completed.
